Designed and produced promotional marketing materials for events with 500+ student attendees, contributing to high engagement and turnout.

I was one of four recognized for this accolade due to my contributions to the University’s Libraries over the four years I’ve worked as a Service Desk Assistant. The awards recognize excellence in customer service, leadership, integrity, attitude, work ethic, initiative, and passion.
