Awards
The Society for News Design recognizes excellence in visual journalism and design, evaluating each entry on its individual merit rather than in comparison to others. The competition receives over 10,000 entries each year across a wide range of categories. Historically, only 10 to 30 percent of entries receive any recognition, and fewer than 5 percent earn a medal.

At the Society for News Design competition in Minnesota, I participated in a hackathon focused on reimagining the organization's website. As part of a collaborative team, I helped design a page that highlighted key membership details and benefits. Using Figma, I explored ways to present essential information more clearly and impactfully through layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
